Order Forms & Information

How to place your order:

1. It is best to schedule a preview picture appointment with Cindy to view your images in our studio and to see sample books and print items; however, if you are unable to come into the studio, you can view picture proofs online.
2. From the selection worksheet, look at the different ordering options we have available from designer book albums to individual prints.
3. When selecting prints, smaller print sizes will show less detail in the image and will have the most crop effect from the proof shown. Wall prints are usually 11x14 in size or larger. If you are interested in having an image retouched, please contact Cindy for a price quote. Refer to our retouching price list as a guideline. For black & white printing ask for a price quote (8x10 prints or larger).
4. As the final step in the ordering process, please complete the Payment - Contact Information Form and Fax or mail your order to us. Make sure you sign the order form and include your contact and mailing information. If you are paying by credit card, you may phone in your card number if you do not wish to mail the number on the form (just make sure you sign the signature box on the order form.)
5. Coupon (formerly called a "photo credit") may be used on any of the designer books, a large portrait size 13x19 or larger, a canvas wrap or a movie on CD

• Cropping of photos may result to accommodate sizes
• Contact Cindy@ExpectStyle.com for more information about photo enhancements/retouching, selecting and isolating people from a photo or other photography you desire
• Allow 4-6 weeks after your order is received to be processed
• Bound story books will take 6-8 weeks once the order has been submitted
• Include required shipping charge
• REMINDER: We do not guarantee the storage of your photos beyond 6 months after your event

• Disclaimer: Refunds are not given by Expect Style once an order has been printed and processed. When ordering one of our designer books, half of the book will be required to begin the design of your book and is non-refundable.
• If there should be an error in a print that was made, only a substitution will be made and any image that is in question must be returned. There are no exchanges or refunds on CDs or DVDs.
• If you are ordering any items we offer without looking at an actual sample of our products as displayed in our studio, then you accept the style, binding and quality of the print paper, albums and all items and products we use and offer for sale.
• Black & white printing or selective coloring, a separte price applies, ask for a price quote (8x10 prints or larger).
