Expect Style, you have the choice of photography style you prefer. We
have four styles available: the Storybook, Classic, Traditional and
Brief. We can add additional hours to any of these styles, just ask
for a price quote. We offer custom designed storybook albums to large
gallery canvas wrap wall portraits. Ask about our gift registry.

Style
The
Storybook style is for the bride & groom who desire precious
once in a lifetime photos capturing their wedding day starting
with photography before the ceremony through events at the reception.
We are there when the bride slips into her wedding gown with those
special people around her helping her for one of the most important
days of her life!

Individual Photo Print Prices - Current and effective
prices are the prices on the Expect Style Order Form (prints,
albums & frames are optional items, purchased after
your event using the Expect Style Order Form)
Gift
certificates can be purchased and presented as a gift to an
individual or the bride and groom. Reserve your wall gallery
wrap or designer album by registering them as a wedding gifts
and let your family and friends know they can help you purchase
your photography.
Booking
a Wedding
Booking,
Invoice & Contract
When
you are ready to book and reserve a specific date and
time, please call Cindy at (928) 704-3698. Your event
date will be reserved along with the required reservation
charge. It is assumed you are familiar with the type
of photography we provide and have looked at our recent
photography work and samples on this Web site. We also
assume you have read our sample contract by clicking
on the link below, and you are in agreement with our
policies.
After
reserving your date, you will receive an e-mail confirmation
of the details discussed. An attached Invoice
- Contract will be part of the e-mail you receive
along with a booking number. Please verify the information
on the contract and complete any necessary information
on the contract. Mail the completed contract and keep
a copy for your records.
Please
plan carefully the timeline of your event with Expect
Style to avoid conflicting information or times planned
with your reception location.
Typically,
picture proofs after an event will be available for
preview approximately eight weeks after your event;
however, more or less time may be required.
All
proofs shown on the Web site are the pictures available
for purchase although other pictures may have been taken
during your event.
Photographer
remains the owner of all prints although a party may
have purchased prints or the library of prints.
Photos
taken at an event or wedding may be used in advertising
or displayed on this Web site.
If
your are booking the Storybook style, we will need to
have your list of e-mail addresses of your family and
friends sent to us by e-mail at least two weeks before
your wedding day.
Print
orders typically take approximately six weeks to be
processed; however, more or less time may be required
and all orders must be attached or placed using the
Expect Style order form.
Custom
storybooks albums which are hardbound books will require
additional time to be ordered and printed.
Cropping
of photos may result to accommodate sizes ordered which
may vary from the image proof shown and/or a border
may be added to top or bottom of an image.
Proofs
will remain on the Web site for approximately 6 months;
after which time, Expect Style will not be responsible
for storing or preserving images (please order soon
after your event).
Prints
are purchased after an event and are not part of the
setting fee or event coverage charge unless specified
in contract or as outlined when booking one of our wedding
styles.
Pictures
may not be reproduced from this Web site without written
permission from Cindy Hanser.
Prices
and offerings are subject to change.
A
reservation charge is required before services can be
booked or reserved; any reservation charge or deposit
received is non-refundable since Expect Style has specifically
held a date and time for your event.
A
signed contract is required before services are performed;
please read sample contract on this page for additional
policies and procedures.
If
prints are included in a style, there may be a restriction
on the type of prints which can be selected from the
event.
It
is strictly prohibited for any person another than our
photographer to take pictures when formal portrait pictures
are arranged by our photography. Ceremony photos can
be taken by guests as long as they remain seated since
our photographer will move around. At a reception, our
photographer must be the primary person taking the photo.
You may have reception cameras on each table.
It
is advised that you place prints as soon as possible
in photo safe frames and/or albums removing prints immediately
from shipping materials or temporary packing/handling
materials.
