Storybook Style

The Storybook style is for the bride & groom who desire precious once in a lifetime photos capturing their wedding day starting with photography before the ceremony through events at the reception. We are there when the bride slips into her wedding gown with those special people around her helping her for one of the most important days of her life!

• Storybook Style Plan:
• Approximately 7 1/2 hours of photography
• FEATURING: A picture from your wedding displayed on the main page of our Web site as the featured photography within a few days after your wedding AND an e-mail "Thank you" message to your family & friends with a picture attached
• Before pictures of the bride & groom as they prepare for one of the most important events of their life
• Photographer will meet at the brides room BEFORE the bride is dressed in her wedding gown where our photographer will capture the bride preparing for the wedding
• Bridal portraits before the ceremony
• Bride & attendant portraits before the ceremony
• Groom portraits & groomsmen portraits before the ceremony
• Parent portraits
• Building of online Web gallery
• Various arranged poses of bride & groom
• Coordination and organization of group & wedding party photos
• Reception coverage of events
• Complimentary engagement portrait session taken onsite around the Laughlin area

• Example timeframe for a 5:00 pm ceremony:
• 1:30 photographer arrives at bride's room to capture bride's last minute touches on hair and makeup, photos of the grown, rings, garter, flowers
• 2:00 bride dresses with help from others
• 2:30 photographer arrives at groom's room where groom is dressed along with his groomsmen, photographer will capture jackets being put on and boutonnieres being pinned
• 3:00 portraits of groom, groom's parents, and groomsmen outside (groom then goes back to a secure location as to not see his bride)
• 3:30 photographer meets bride for her portraits along with parents and bridal attendants.
• 4:15 bride returns to a secure location before the ceremony
• 4:30 photographer begins taking pictures of pre-ceremony events and guests arriving.
• 5:00 ceremony
• 5:30 after ceremony photos of entire wedding party, bride/groom portraits and family portraits
• 6:00 reception begins with wedding party's grand entrance at 6:15
• Photographer continues with photos of special reception events until 9:00 pm

Options to add:

• Live photo projection of your engagement movie show, or your ceremony during the dinner hour.
• Photography coverage at your rehearsal and rehearsal dinner.
• Engagement portrait displayed at your event.

Classic Style

The couple who book the classic style know that after the ceremony ends, they will have pictures that captured the essence of their wedding day.

• Classic Style Plan:
• Approximately 5 hours of photography
• Our photographer will begin with the bridal portraits & her attendants before the ceremony with the bride already in her gown.
• Groom & groomsmen portraits before the ceremony
• Building of online Web gallery for the bride & groom
• Various poses of bride & groom after the ceremony if they're not wanting to see each other prior to the ceremony
• Coordination and organization of group and wedding party photos after the ceremony prior to entering the reception
• Pictures taken of your guests during the reception
• Designer Book after the Event (click to view)
• Example timeframe for a 5:00 pm ceremony:
• 3:00 photographer meets bride for her portraits along with parents and bridal attendants (wedding party is completely dressed ready for the wedding ceremony)
• 3:45 photographer begins portraits of the groom, groom's parents, and groomsmen
• 4:30 photographer begins taking pictures of pre-ceremony events and guests arriving.
• 5:00 ceremony
• 5:30 after ceremony photos of entire wedding party, bride/groom portraits and family portraits
• 6:00 reception begins with wedding party's grand entrance at 6:15
• Photographer continues with photos of special reception events until 8:00 pm (suggestion: you may want to add extra time for additional reception coverage)

Options to add:

Traditional Style

The traditional style is for the couple having a traditional wedding and reception who are interested in having memories of their ceremony and reception.

• Traditional Style Plan:
• Approximately 3 hours of photography during wedding & reception
• Online Web gallery of proofs
• Pictures taken at the reception
• Various poses of bride & groom (as time permits)
• Family & group portraits (as time permits)
• Coordination and organization of group and wedding party photos (as time permits)
• Fewer than 75 guests
• Example timeframe for a 5:00 pm ceremony:
• 4:30 pm photographer arrives at ceremony site
• 5:00 ceremony begins
• 5:30 portraits of bride & groom, wedding party and family as time permits
• 6:00 reception begins
• 7:30 photographer leaves reception (suggestion, you may want to consider adding an extra hour of photography in order for photographer to capture reception events, ask for a price quote)

Brief Style

Perspective brides and grooms who book the Brief Style are those who are having a very simple and brief ceremony without a reception such as in a chapel or at an outside park gazebo who know how important it is to have a professional photographer taking the photos.

• Brief Style Plan:
• Up to 1 hour of photography
• Online Web gallery of proofs
• Various poses of bride & groom after ceremony (limited)
• Fewer than 15 attending the ceremony

Your Engagement Portrait Session & Options

Engagement Storyteller Book	Engagement Portrait Display & Signing at Reception
We offer the bride & groom many options in addition to our standard portrait session; such as, custom invitations, save-the-date cards, video engagement show (which can also be shown at the reception), large portrait signing, etc.

Options for Additional Coverage

• Arrange for one of our photographers to take once in a lifetime photos of your rehearsal and/or dinner
• Engagement session photography
• Large portrait signing
• Additional time for portraits and/or reception coverage (especially recommended with large wedding parties or if you desire complete and full coverage)

Gift Certificates & Gift Registry

Gift certificates can be purchased and presented as a gift to an individual or the bride and groom. Reserve your wall gallery wrap or designer album by registering them as a wedding gifts and let your family and friends know they can help you purchase your photography.

Custom package styles available or additional add-on photography time, please contact us. We can set up payment plans and accept debit cards, American Express, Visa or MasterCard. Gift certificates are also available.

Booking a Wedding

• When you are ready to book and reserve a specific date and time, please call Cindy at (928) 704-3698. Your event date will be reserved along with the required reservation charge. We only book clients who are familiar with our photography and are seeking the type of photography style we have to offer.
• After reserving your date, a contract will be sent to you for you to sign and fax back to us. We book events based on a "first come, first served" basis. An event is not booked unless we physically received the signed contract and reservation charge.
